Responsibilities
- Supports technical office general administration; assists in proofreading, drafting, compiling and formatting reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Administers accounts payable invoices and assists with financial forecasting.
- Streamlines day‑to‑day administrative and documentation procedures for engineering and facilities, optimizing workflows and efficiency.
- Maintains registers for inspection scheduling, warranty exploration, permits, calibrations, certificates and statutory compliance documentation (Civil Defense, EPDA, OSHAD, DCD).
- Provides management oversight of material resources acquisition, service contracts, commercial compliance SLAs and procurement of technical supplies.
