Assistant Manager, Business Administration
Responsibilities:
Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to CCDO and Head of Innofacturing
Acts as the coordinator for Corporate Development Division and Innofacturing Division, and provides administrative support on cross-division activities, events and meetings
Coordinates with government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
Coordinates in preparation of reports, documents and presentation materials for management
Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide/divisional activities and initiatives
Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Recognised tertiary education qualification or equivalent; university degree would be an advantage
