Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cage operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to established procedures.
- Oversee cashier team members including scheduling, training, coaching and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash levels, chip inventories and vault operations ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
