The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS-GCO Enablement team in India, the role will involve working with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on client side or/and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated.
Your responsibilities 

Key responsibilities will include the following: 
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, finalising and advising on client and procurement contracts (for EY and its global network member firms) and shall include: IT contracts for multiple EY divisions and variety of technologies (such as AI, robotics, analytics),
Software License contracts, Hosted software/hosted services agreements;
