Overview What is Assistant Manager Contract - MMBL ? 
Job Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents such as Agreements, Addendums, Undertakings, NOCs, Bank Guarantees, Bonds, new product documents and policies, internal SOPs/policies, and business correspondences. This role also involves drafting and reviewing legal notices under agreements, negotiating with stakeholders for timely review and finalization of contracts, providing researched-based legal opinions and advice to internal departments, and assessing legal risks related to banking laws. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (business, finance, and branchless teams) is essential to ensure legal compliance and provide needed legal support.
