Job Responsibilities
- Handle corporate secretarial work of a group of companies, both listed and unlisted
- Organise board and shareholders' meetings
- Prepare board papers
- Record minutes of meetings
- Draft resolutions and announcements
- File statutory forms and release announcements to SGX-ST
- ICSA candidate with at least three years of experience in corporate secretarial work
- Minimum of 5 years in corporate secretarial work whether in an in-house position or in a service firm
- Experience in handling listed companies
- Proficiency in ViewPoint, MS Word and Excel
- Familiar with corporate secretarial procedures
- Resourceful and able to handle varying work assignments
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
