We‘re hiring an Assistant Manager Finance!
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Manager will support the finance function across accounting operations, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial controls for the India freight forwarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations & Accounting
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Manage freight forwarding accounting activities including reconciliations, including Ocean/Air freight accruals, vendor freight audits, and Detention/Demurrage tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
2. Audit and Reporting
