Ensure Product, Process & System approval for smooth and trouble free development & sustenance of EV Technology parts / proprietary parts within stipulated time during New Model development .

Planning, Facilitation & Review of team member/Supplier to ensure implementation and take mid-course corrective action during:

PPAP approval

Pilot lot approval

Problem mgmt

Performance monitoring (3 Months)

Handover to SQA
