Job Purpose The role delivers information technology solutions to fulfill business and functional requirements. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.
Responsibilities include, guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support.
Key Result Areas
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call.
OTBI and BI publisher reports.
Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
Workflow Email notification template changes.
Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
