The Manufacturing Assistant Manager supports the planning, coordination, and supervision of production operations within the assigned area. The role ensures production targets are met efficiently while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with good manufacturing practices. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plant operations within the food manufacturing industry
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing plant operations.
