Assistant Manager - Production

Assistant Manager - Production is responsible for to meet production targets, planning and effectively supervising employees. Also ensure a safe work environment, meet customer schedule adherence and attain established goals in the areas of production quality, delivery and cost. Responsible for achieving the day-to-day targets of the assigned production line.

• Should have sound manufacturing process knowledge on Assembly operations. and related process settings, problem solving and troubleshooting. 
• Responsible for all production activities for day-to-day output with QCD approach (Quality Cost & Delivery) with a focus on customer requirements.
• Worked with Multiple customers including major OEMs like Hyundai, Suzuki, Honda, Toyota etc.
• Should have strong experience in Material / Inventory planning and CFT working experience to adhere Customer schedules both quantitative & qualitative.
