This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis on MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough technical due diligence for all assigned projects.
- Possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approval processes.
- Review all project drawings and BOQs, ensuring full ownership and accuracy.
- Develop and present comprehensive project milestones and procurement plans to the business team.
