Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Support creation of detailed project plans, identify task dependencies and maintain integrity of project schedules using tools like MS Project or Excel.
- Productivity & Cost Reduction: Analyze improvement areas and initiate cost reduction plans.
- Risk and issue management: Identify potential bottlenecks and document mitigation strategies. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) to prevent project derailment.
