You will design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs across managerial and senior leadership levels. The role requires close collaboration with business and HR stakeholders to align learning interventions with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end leadership journeys for first-time, mid-level, and senior leaders
- Lead flagship programs such as First Time Manager (FTM) and leadership assimilation
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with BU Heads, Delivery Leaders, and HRBPs to identify capability gaps
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership development and succession readiness
