Assistant Manager, Unit Trust Operations

Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Unit Trust Operations department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and switching transactions Manage and supervise the Unit Trust Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance development Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from MAS and other governing bodies Coordinate with fund houses, custodians, and internal stakeholders on settlement and reconciliation matters Monitor and enhance operational workflows on the FAME platform and related systems Handle escalated client enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly Prepare management reports on operational performance and risk metrics Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies
