As an Assistant Manager you'll be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. Your role involves leading and motivating the team to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
