Assistant Manager(offline Sales)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business in the offline segment.
Identify and onboard new partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and corporate clients.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate and finalize partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:
Guide and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
