- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher in any relevant field.
- Knowledge in International Relations, Investigations, or Operations is an advantage.
- Experience working with foreign counterparts preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualisation (Tableau) and RPA tools (UiPath) is a plus.
- Class 3 driving licence preferred
- Manage all correspondence and information flow within the International Ops Centre (IOC).
- Handle sensitive requests and ensure timely alerts to key officers.
