As an Assistant Plant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our seafood processing facility. Working alongside the Plant Manager and production teams, you will help uphold high-quality standards, streamline workflows, and lead production staff to achieve operational goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Plant Manager and collaborate with the Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality assurance.
- Develop and coordinate production schedules, managing material availability and labor needs.
- Maximize the use of plant equipment and workforce to enhance output and control costs.
- Gather, track, and evaluate production data to drive operational improvements.
