Position : Assistant Production Manager *
Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
Location : Cochin
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in the Frozen Food Industry
Salary : 35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations : Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved as per plan.
Manpower Management : Allocate manpower based on production requirements. Monitor attendance, shift deployment, and discipline of shop-floor employees.
Quality & Food Safety : Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety requirements. Monitor adherence to GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation practices. Coordinate with the Quality team to address product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
