Assistant Production Manager

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor to ensure production targets are met efficiently.

Supervise production supervisors and floor staff, monitoring workflow, shift-wise efficiency, and manpower allocation.

Monitor in-process quality checks and collaborate closely with Quality Assurance to minimize rejections and ensure compliance with medical device standards.

Help implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enforce strict health, safety, and workplace environment regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline.

Strong team leadership, conflict resolution, and technical problem-solving skills.

Preference: Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing facility or a high-precision engineering setup is highly preferred.
