Assistant Program Director

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Program Director – VN Program to join our team. This position works under the supervision of the Campus Program Director of the Vocational Nursing Program.

Assists the Director in planning, developing, managing, and evaluating all aspects of the VN Program

Prepares data and written materials for state and Board reports, proposals, self-studies, and site visits

Identifies and secures outside resources for the nursing program

Assesses clinical agencies for suitability and ensures Facility Approval Applications are completed before rotations begin

Ensures timely completion of student theory and clinical evaluations by faculty

Maintains evaluations from students, clinical sites, and faculty after each rotation

Supports strategic planning and continuous improvement of program quality and instruction
