We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will be responsible for supporting the project management team during the crucial pre-contract phase of construction projects ensuring smooth project initiation and planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project scopes, timelines and budgets for potential projects
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for pre-contract phase
- Collaborate with estimators and quantity surveyors to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Support the preparation and review of tender documents and contract agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during the bidding process
