Assistant Project Manager

Mortenson is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and can collaborate across all levels of the organization. This role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You'll support the Project Manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance, while leading and mentoring project team members. The ideal candidate can anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop creative, practical solutions.
