Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)
A self-motivated individual that can lead RR (Repairs & Redecoration) Department to overcome challenges and increase KPI.
Major Duties & Responsibilities(A) Specific :
- Ensure the team submit monthly progress claims on time.
- Meet Project Director`s expectations.
- Support sales team on tendering and contract sharing.
- Build and maintain good relationship with key customers and suppliers.
- Check and approve all purchase orders.
- Assist Contract Department for final accounts and management of retention monies.
- Manage material and labour costs.
(B) General :
- Plan career progression for subordinates.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
