Scope of Works：
Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Systems Major Projects and / or Mechanical or Equipment Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales and HVAC/BMS teams as needed to provide sales support/project resources and implement/refine SOP process with cost saving, value engineering, risk assessment etc.
Tasks:
HVAC/BMS Project review and management：
Pre-bid cost & scope review & toll development。
Site jobs/schedule planning。
Projects Material/Progress follow up and coordination。
VO cost review。
Project Risk report and mitigation
HVAC/BMS Team development/Management ：
Project execution members manage & develop.
Assist to monitor all HVAC/ BMS projects progress and finance figures。
