Your role


  • Understand and set direction to various procurement categories, particularly Office Products & Equipment and Contractor Services. Ensure supply availability, meet quality standards, and deliver best value to the companies

  • Formulate and manage strategic relationship with suppliers, monitor and perform periodic review to ensure suppliers’ performance and quality

  • Ensure Tender/RFx with relevant bidder lists are properly issued, evaluated, shortlisted, negotiated, accepted and completed in accordance with the then-current purchasing policy and procedures

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve results, advising and influencing when necessary

  • Responsible for compliance of standing policy, procedures and certification requirements, and regularly review practices, policies, procedures, and systems in light of emerging best practices
