A respected and growing construction contractor is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the commercial management of two projects
Supporting subcontract procurement and package management
Preparing valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
Assisting with subcontractor payments and variations
Monitoring project costs and helping maintain budget control
