We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our Sales teams. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Main Job Tasks and Key responsibilities
- Keeping track of the daily activities and performance of the sales team
- Motivating, coaching and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and other KPI’S
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform their daily duties
