Assistant Showroom Manager

The Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will lead a talented team of bridal stylists in a beautiful Cannington showroom and oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Your role will involve:

• Inspiring and supporting your team to deliver a premium bridal experience for every client
• Managing all aspects of showroom operations, including rostering, stock control, and merchandising
• Providing expert advice to brides, drawing on a thorough knowledge of the gown collection
• Driving sales performance and achieving team KPIs, while supporting the Sales Manager on the showroom floor
• Ensuring the boutique maintains impeccable presentation and meets operational excellence standards
• Balancing operational leadership with hands-on support in-store to enhance customer connections and showroom conversions
• Supporting and developing your team through training, coaching, and feedback
