Mission
- Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.
- Develop the store sales turnover:
- Implement TOD’S sales policy within the store.
- Setting of sales objectives and periodic analysis of the results achieved.
- Implementation of the selling ceremony in accordance with the Brand guidelines.
- Highlighting of the store's products in accordance with the brand's visual policy and in collaboration with the visual merchandising department.
- Set up CRM actions to develop the customer database.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
- Propose action plans to exceed set objectives and increase sales turnover.
- Ensure good stock management: control of restocking, participation in the organization of inventories and control of discrepancies, sell‑through analysis.
