Assistant Store Manager (Madrid)

Mission

• Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.
• Develop the store sales turnover:
  • Implement TOD’S sales policy within the store.
  • Setting of sales objectives and periodic analysis of the results achieved.
  • Implementation of the selling ceremony in accordance with the Brand guidelines.
  • Highlighting of the store's products in accordance with the brand's visual policy and in collaboration with the visual merchandising department.
  • Set up CRM actions to develop the customer database.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
  • Propose action plans to exceed set objectives and increase sales turnover.
• Ensure good stock management: control of restocking, participation in the organization of inventories and control of discrepancies, sell‑through analysis.
