Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is accountable for leading key aspects of their store’s business. They attract, lead, and develop Team Members, driving key results by ensuring a consistent in-store experience aligned with our commitment to excellent service and spreading global wellness. This role balances operational mindset, strong business acumen, and a people-centric approach to increase productivity and profitability.
