Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Proficient PC skills and previous experience with computer systems
• Ability to accurately read and communicate orders
• Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency; able to track multiple orders and multi-task effectively
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, able to work productively with others
• Knowledge of food-safety practices
• Familiarity with Japanese food products
• Understanding of all recipes and presentation standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Head Waiter/Waitress, including staff training
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
