Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management, maintenance, & optimization of ERP system (Marve-ll) & business software applications
- Administer user access rights, account creation, and removals across all platforms & SaaS tools
- Monitor critical systems daily (ERP, WiFi, CCTV, Active Campaign) to ensure uptime & rapid issue resolution
- Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, software updates & secure disposal of hardware
- Oversee network infrastructure, WiFi, printers, CCTV & access systems
