About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Technical Manager to support the Technical Manager in ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory standards within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deputise for the Technical Manager when required
Support and improve technical systems and processes
Ensure HACCP-based standards are followed across the site
Monitor technical KPIs and support continuous improvement
Manage customer specifications and retailer portals
Oversee services such as laboratory testing, hygiene, and pest control
Produce reports, manage data, and handle customer queries/complaints
Support and lead audits and customer visits where appropriate
