Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Share responsibility for receiving and responding to in-person, telephone and email inquiries from students, faculty, staff and the public, answering questions and redirecting as appropriate.
Completing enrolment and timetable updates, organizing course outlines, monitoring grade submissions, and collaborating with the Examinations Office to schedule end-of-term Final Examinations.
Assist instructors with course-related requests such as registration issues, printing or scanning.
