We are seeking an Assistant Underwriter to work within a leading Professional Liability team and help underwrite a diverse portfolio of US-focused professional risks.
You’ll be working within a highly innovative team, across SME, mid-market, and larger accounts, with exposure to multi-class products including liability, cyber, and property.

What you’ll do:
Underwrite new business and renewals

Respond to broker enquiries and deliver quotes within SLA

Build and maintain strong broker relationships

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Contribute to team initiatives and market activity
What we’re looking for:
Experience in professional liability (E&O) underwriting or broking

Strong communication, numerical, and analytical skills

Commercial mindset with a proactive, sales approach

Interest in US risks (experience desirable, not essential)
