Assistant Venue Manager

1. At least 1 year experience in a similar role in a busy a la carte restaurant or cafe offering high level table service
2. Valid Australian working rights
3. Able to influence, manage and achieve buy-in from your team
4. Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
5. A strong work ethic with ability to meet and surpass KPI’s
