Assistant Vice President - High Net Worth Underwriting

Provide underwriting support within the risk management framework of GELS prescribed guidelines for individual product lines, especially high net worth products.

• Provide underwriting due diligence on new applications, following GELS and Reinsurance partners guidelines.
• Identify risks and apply best underwriting practices in line with industry standards.
• Provide competitive, risk‑appropriate underwriting advice and market‑leading services.
• Act as a critical liaison and build strong relationships with distribution channels, Group Risk Management, Product, Actuarial and Reinsurers.
• Proactively seek process improvement for HNW and promote a customer‑first culture.
• Ensure timely and adequate support for the business, including training for distribution channels.
• Support review and updating of underwriting guidelines for High Net Worth products.
