Assistant Vice President, Infrastructure & Cloud Services

Summary: The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Information Technology, is responsible for leading the Group's IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Core Systems Operations, End-User Computing, and Technology Service Delivery across CDL. This role ensures the availability, resilience, security and regulatory compliance of enterprise IT platforms while driving modernization, cost optimization, and service excellence aligned with business priorities. The AVP provides senior technical leadership, operational governance and support, vendor management, and cross-functional engagement across local and overseas operations.
