Associate Attorney

The Role: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation. Key Responsibilities Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters Take and defend depositions Draft motions Attend court hearings in state and federal courts Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school Local Candidates only Active Colorado law license 3+ years of litigation experience Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred Strong research and writing skills Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload Comfortable using legal technology Benefits Benefits Paid Medical and Dental Vision 401k Paid Time O...
