Associate Attorney

Immigration law firm seeks an associate attorney.

Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of trial experience or experience in immigration court.

Former or current ASA or PD attorneys strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidate must have strong organization, multi-tasking and communications skills, be professional, responsible, hard-working, reliable, outgoing, friendly and customer-service oriented.

Candidate should have a strong interest in the immigration law field. Will be expected to work independently and regularly meet with clients, virtually and in person.

MUST BE BILINGUAL, English and Spanish.

Case load will be primarily focused on removal matters before EOIR, handling bond motions, petitions for relief, asylum applications, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, federal habeas corpus, APA actions and civil mandamus actions.
