Associate, Construction Disputes & Advisory (Delay)

We’re looking for a delay analyst to join our Construction Disputes & Advisory Practice in Singapore. As an Associate, you will work alongside industry experts to perform detailed forensic analysis of project data and schedules, assist with the preparation of expert reports for domestic and international arbitration and litigation, and provide advice and strategic solutions to clients on complex construction challenges.

• Performively analyze project schedules to identify causes and extents of construction delays and productivity loss.
• Assist in preparing expert reports for arbitration and litigation, explaining delay analyses and results.
• Advise clients on complex challenges and help draft reports for extension of time, loss and expense, disruption, and prolongation claims.
• Work on projects across sectors such as oil and gas, building, process plants, power generation, civil infrastructure, and marine projects.
