Associate Consultant/Consultant, Advanced Internal Medicine (NUHS@Home)

is a new and innovative hospital-at-home programme that is transforming healthcare delivery to patients anytime, anywhere. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide hospital-level acute care to patients who would otherwise require inpatient hospitalisation within the comfort of their own homes. We do this with a combination of technology enablers such as remote patient monitoring and video consultation, home visits and point of care investigations.
