The Academic Office department is responsible for fostering an environment of academic excellence and integrity across the EHL Group. Its mission includes overseeing academic governance, ensuring compliance and accreditation, managing faculty affairs and development, supporting thought leadership and research strategy, and maintaining institutional relations with academic authorities.

The mission of the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs is to support the Chief Academic Officer in the strategic oversight and quality assurance of EHL HBS faculty affairs, while facilitating faculty support and development across the EHL Group. The role is responsible for strategic development and quality assurance processes related to recruitment, incentivization, and professional growth of faculty members.
