Job Description

Johnson & J&n;announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish DePuy Synthes, a standalone company. Following the transaction, the employee will be part of DePuy Synthes and governed by its processes, programs and benefit plans. The Associate Director, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs – LATAM Operations & Distribution will provide strategic and operational leadership for quality assurance and regulatory affairs, supporting operations‑ and distribution‑focused market models across Latin America.

• Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs strategy and execution for LATAM operations‑ and distribution‑based market models in alignment with global QARA objectives and international priorities.
