We are seeking an experienced compliance leader to drive the Company’s compliance and regulatory governance framework in line with RBI regulations applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs and fintech-led lending businesses. The role will partner closely with senior management and the Board to ensure strong regulatory oversight, governance, risk management, and effective regulatory engagement.
What You‘ll Do:
Regulatory Strategy & Governance
- Lead the enterprise-wide compliance framework for the Company.
- Ensure compliance with regulations issued by:
- Reserve Bank of India
- FIU-IND
- Ministry of Corporate Affairs
- Other applicable regulatory authorities
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on regulatory developments and emerging compliance risks.
