Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University’s Lifelong Learning department is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate and Special Programs to join its team!

The primary responsibility for this position is to lead and coordinate programs in the area of Corporate and Special Programs from the definition phase to its final delivery. These projects are mostly focused on delivering IE Executive Education programs to corporate partners.

The Associate Director must be able to create proposals, be in contact with the client and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the definition, planning and delivery of the program. This person will need to coordinate and support the team to ensure all programs are delivered with the quality standards of the institution, while ensuring a positive learning experience to all program’s participants.
