Purpose & Scope of the Role As Regional Lead / Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our North West ecology team within Tetra Tech’s UK Nature division. This position blends leadership, technical delivery, and business development, requiring a hands‑on approach to ecological consultancy alongside strategic oversight. 
You will lead a high‑performing team, ensuring the delivery of complex ecological projects to the highest standards, while strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to shaping innovative, sustainable solutions across sectors including residential, energy, defence and infrastructure.
