Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Associate Director – Engineering to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of a Utility Prepaid Billing Platform serving electricity utilities. This is a player-coach role requiring active participation in solution architecture, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, customer discussions, and product roadmap execution. 
 The ideal candidate has direct experience designing and developing utility prepaid billing solutions and strong expertise in Python, Kafka, ETL, APIs, Apache Airflow, TimescaleDB/PostgreSQL, Cloud Platforms, and Kubernetes.
